CABLE CAR

Dajti Ekspres is the first and only cableway in Albania as well as being the longest cableway in the balkans. Built by Doppelmayr the world’s leading manufacturer of ropeways, cable cars and ski lifts, our cable car takes you from the city right into the heart of the National Park of Dajti Mountain in just 15 mins. The cableway is open 6 days per week with Tuesday’s being closed for maintenance, please see Ticket & Opening Times for more info. DAJTI TOWER HOTEL

Dajti Tower Belvedere Hotel is a 24 room hotel and conference centre. This unique piece of architecture sits atop mount Dajti like a light house overlooking the city and can be seen from miles away especially at night. The hotel has a fantastic rotating bar, a restaurant & a viewing terrace at the top which all offer unparalleled views of the city below, the National Park & Dajti mountain which surround it. The hotel’s location just beneath the upper cable car station and on the doorstep of the national park make it an ideal place to relax and escape from everyday city life. Guests may enjoy exploring the surrounding national park and forests by foot, or simply enjoy the views from the hotel and grounds of the Dajti Ekspres complex.

BALLKONI DAJTIT RESTAURANT

Built on the edge of Dajti Mountain at just over 1000 metres above sea level is our Resturant Ballkoni Dajtit. Overlooking the city of Tirana and backed by the mountains,  the view from inside the restaurant is renowned for its breathtaking views of the landscape which on a clear day stretch as far as the coastal city of Durres and the Adriatic Sea. The second quarter of 2017 will see the opening of our serene outdoor terrace with it’s exceptional views overlooking the peaks of Dajti Mountain.

The log cabin inspired construction which traditionally has it’s roots in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe give the restaurant a wonderful ambiance to complement it’s natural setting.  Our restaurant offers excellent traditional cuisine, fine wines and a friendly and warm atmosphere.
